We try hard to achieve the best build quality and finish but each new home is a unique hand built product and sometimes problems do arise. We respond promptly and positively to any query as it is raised. You do not have to wait for a six month check – JUST CALL US .

Every new home built for sale by Mapledean Developments Limited or Mapledean Special Projects Limited is protected by an NHBC Warranty. The warranty is extensive and provides excellent protection for all home buyers. Details of new homes Warranties can be obtained from the NHBC (click the logo to visit the NHBC web site).

 Very often, a quick check in the NHBC Home Owners booklet will show what can be expected to happen with a brand new home but we are always available to discuss and resolve any query. |
